JCAM Global LLC d/b/a Rystik ("Rystik," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website rystik.com and provides AI-powered virtual receptionist services, including phone call answering, appointment scheduling, lead qualification, and SMS/text messaging services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our Service, or interact with our platform in any way.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you register for an account, contact us, or use our Service, you may provide us with: your name, email address, phone number, business name, business address, billing information (processed securely through Stripe), and any other information you choose to provide in your account settings or knowledge base configuration.

2.2 Information Collected During Phone Calls

When our AI receptionist handles phone calls on behalf of our customers, we collect: the caller's phone number (via caller ID), call recordings and transcriptions, information voluntarily provided by callers during the conversation (such as name, phone number, zip code, service needs), call duration, timestamps, and call outcomes.

2.3 Information Collected via SMS/Text Messages

When we send or receive text messages on behalf of our customers, we collect: the recipient's mobile phone number, message content, delivery status, timestamps, and opt-in/opt-out status. We do not sell, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers or any personal information collected via SMS/text messaging to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

2.4 Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and other standard web analytics data.

2.5 Information Collected via Forms

When you submit information through a form on a landing page powered by our Service, we collect the data you provide (such as name, email, phone number, and service preferences). This information is shared with the business that operates the landing page so they can respond to your inquiry.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Consent and Practices

3.1 How Consent is Obtained

End-users provide consent to receive text messages through verbal consent during inbound phone calls, written consent via web forms (by checking an opt-in checkbox), or by texting START, SUBSCRIBE, or YES to our messaging number.

3.2 Types of Messages Sent

We send transactional text messages on behalf of our customers: appointment confirmations, reminders, service dispatch notifications, and follow-up messages. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

3.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Typically 1–5 messages per service interaction. Message and data rates may apply.

We use information to: provide and maintain our Service, process calls and appointments, send transactional text messages, process billing, communicate about your account, improve our Service, comply with legal obligations, and detect fraud.

5. How We Share Your Information

With businesses: Information collected during calls or form submissions is shared with the business whose service you contacted.

With service providers: We use Twilio (telephony/SMS), Deepgram (speech-to-text), OpenAI (AI), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), Stripe (payments), and Clerk (authentication).

We do not sell personal information.

6. Cookies

Our landing pages may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences (such as cookie consent status) and to provide analytics. You can manage cookie preferences through the cookie consent banner shown on each page. Essential cookies that are necessary for the page to function do not require consent.

7. Data Security

We implement encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure database storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
